Strategy formulation is the third step which is followed by a creation of appropriate translating an idea into legality which is formulated by the combination of expert partners input and revision of the External Manager to filter suitability and compliance within regulatory context.
Authorizing the Fund is the fourth step to ensure a regulatory framework is revised and achieved to give the Fund its intended European secured regulatory parameters.
Launching the Fund is the fifth and most crucial stage to ensure The Fund is nurtured appropriately from inception. This step entails proper buildup of seed and investment policy implementation from idea to practice.
Maintaining and sustaining the Fund is the sixth and longest process which is ongoing to ensure the lifecycle is maintained along regulatory guidelines staying true to the Fund’s policy and goals. The External manager acts as the moderator along the Fund’s lifecycle.
Growing the Fund is the seventh stage of a Fund’s lifecycle which is achieved by constant Risk based approach, and appropriate governance both of which require expertise and careful balancing of risk reward elements.
Exit the eight and last stage which requires appropriate expertise and confidence to ensure investors rights are protected while the achieved goals and delivered and regulatory provisions met at all levels.
